Runlist Privacy Policy
Runlist — Play Audio In Order is designed to organize, record, and play audio locally on your iPhone without an account, advertising, tracking, or analytics.
Audio and lists
Audio you import, recordings you save, list organization, playback progress, bookmarks, and metadata edits are stored in Runlist’s app container on your iPhone. Runlist works from an app-managed copy and does not modify or delete the original file you selected in Files. App-managed data may be included in iOS Backup according to your Apple and device settings.
Wi-Fi transfer
When you explicitly open Transfer from Computer, Runlist starts a temporary upload-only web page on your local network. It stops when you leave the transfer screen. Uploaded files move directly between your browser and iPhone; Runlist does not send them to a developer-operated server. Because the local connection uses HTTP, use a private Wi-Fi network you trust.
Purchases
Apple processes the Lifetime Unlock and optional tips through StoreKit. Runlist does not receive your Apple ID, payment-card details, or purchase receipt contents. The app reads entitlement status supplied by Apple to unlock purchased features.
Diagnostics and support
Runlist keeps a rolling local diagnostic journal for up to 14 days or 5 MB. It contains only allowlisted event types, outcome codes, coarse timing, and app version information. It excludes audio, filenames, titles, paths, IP addresses, pairing credentials, free-form text, and purchase receipts. Nothing is sent automatically.
If you choose Contact Support, Runlist creates a fresh redacted copy of that journal and attaches it to an email draft. You can inspect or remove the attachment before sending. If you send the email, your email address, message, and attachment are processed by your email provider and received by Runlist support solely to respond to and diagnose your request.
Your choices
You can delete the local diagnostic journal in Settings, remove app-managed audio and recordings without affecting their source files, remove the support attachment before sending, or delete all local Runlist data by deleting the app. To request deletion of a support conversation, email support@kalari.app.
Children and changes
Runlist is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
